Lauren is a registered nurse prescriber and advanced aesthetic practitioner; her passion is to help people gain confidence in looking their best whilst maintaining a natural look. At Natural Nurse Aesthetics we specialise in non-surgical treatments such as; dermal fillers, wrinkle relaxing treatments, skin boosters and lip enhancements.
The clinic is based in Standish, Wigan. It has been newly renovated into a luxury, modern aesthetics clinic, and the goal is to ensure that everyone has a relaxing and enjoyable appointment in a private treatment room, leaving clients feeling and looking their best. Consultations are available to discuss your concerns and treatment choices, and a bespoke treatment plan is then devised to achieve the desired outcome.

No not at all… Aesthetic treatments like fillers should always enhance your natural features and if done well should look natural!
Filler treatments usually last 6-12 months depending on what brand of filler is used. Anti-wrinkle treatment usually lasts 3-4 months and the more often you have the treatment, the longer the results tend to last.
A numbing cream is always used prior to filler treatments. It will help to ease the discomfort but everyone’s pain threshold is different, therefore everyone will feel a different level of pain. Usually the numbing cream works well and clients report minimal discomfort.
The top priority of Natural Nurse Aesthetics is clients safety! Before any treatment is started, a full consultation to check that the treatment is safe and right for you will always be carried out. As a registered nurse I have experience of working within the NHS and dealing with many emergency situations. I have attended aesthetics training with a high standard training provider and I am always keeping up to date with the latest treatments in the industry. The clinic is fully insured and I pride myself on providing safe and effective treatments to every client. All the products that I use are from a specialised aesthetics pharmacy and have been safely approved to use by the aesthetics industry.
After having lip fillers you will receive an aftercare advice leaflet as well as verbal instructions of what to do and what not to do. You will be able to eat and drink as normal after the numbing cream has worn off. Please avoid having any hot drinks or food whilst the numbing cream is still effective as this could lead to you burning yourself accidentally. The numbing cream should wear off after a couple of hours.
